ROKR Returns and Refunds Policy

At ROKR, we are committed to ensuring the utmost satisfaction for our customers. Please read the following policy regarding returns and refunds for our carbon fibre parts:

1. Returns

1.1. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

1.2. All returned items must be in the original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

1.3. Once we receive your return request, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

1.4. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

1.5. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as ROKR cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

2. Refunds

2.1. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

2.2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days, depending on your payment provider.

2.3. Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

3.1. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly.

3.2. For faulty or incorrect items, ROKR will cover the return postage costs.

4. Exclusions

4.1. Custom-made, special-order or personalised carbon fibre parts are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.

4.2. Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

5. Cancellations

5.1. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. If the item has already been dispatched, you may need to return it to us at your own cost to obtain a refund.
