Dry carbon is not only lighter but is also perceived as a more premium option; it's shaped and then precisely baked. On the other hand, wet carbon is produced by immersing the carbon fibre in resin prior to setting. While being a cost-effective alternative, it does carry a bit more weight.

Depending on the specific part and its complexity, we'll opt for one over the other.
